摘 要:大型城市深埋输水工程超深竖井为TBM或盾构始发、接收提供工作面,承担隧洞掘进出渣、混凝土浇筑、钢管安装等通道,多采用地连墙或排桩围护结构形式。超深竖井施工过程中,场区内土方明挖、TBM或盾构出渣、施工机械油污,地下连续墙在泥浆固壁条件下的槽挖等均为水源保护区重点污染风险源。为破解在国家一级水源保护区内施工水质安全保障难题,基于一点一策划、污染源清单化管理、水质在线监测、异常指标高效处理、综合评价的技术链路,形成“预防为主、综合治理、以管促治”的全建设周期建管闭环,有效防止施工扰动致使大面积破坏水质,威胁城市供水安全,造成不良的社会影响。The ultra deep vertical shaft of the deep buried water conveyance project in large cities provides a working face for the starting and receiving of TBM or shield tunneling,and is responsible for tunnel excavation,slag discharge,concrete pouring,steel pipe installation,and other channels.The vertical shaft often adopts the form of a ground connected wall or row pile enclosure structure.During the construction process of ultra deep vertical shafts,key pollution risk sources in the water source protection area include open excavation of soil,TBM or shield tunneling,oil pollution from construction machinery,and excavation of underground continuous walls under mud wall conditions.To solve the problem of ensuring water quality safety during construction in the national first-class water source protection zone,based on a technical link of one-to-one planning,pollution source inventory management,online water quality monitoring,efficient handling of abnormal indicators,and comprehensive evaluation,full construction cycle of"prevention first,comprehensive treatment,and management to promote treatment"was formed,effectively preventing construction disturbance from causing large-scale damage to water quality,threatening urban water supply safety,and causing adverse social impacts.
