自制盘管冷却器在宋庄泵站技术供水系统改造中的应用

摘　　要：宋庄泵站是引黄济青工程第3级泵站,装设1400HD-9立式机组7台,在2019年的改扩建中将技术供水系统进行了改造,将冷却水系统和润滑水系统分开,润滑水系统主要供给填料、上水导、下水导润滑用,不能回收,把冷却水系统循环使用,通过将冷却水系统循环使用、可以大大节约技术供水系统用水总量。经过多方考虑并结合宋庄泵站技术供水改造后的现场条件,决定制作自制盘管冷却器放在清水池里,通过润滑水系统一级泵加压后流经清水池的特点,对自制冷却盘管进行降温,从而达到循环使用的目的。Songzhuang Pump Station is the Yellow River to Qingdao project level 3 pump station,installed 7 sets 1400 HD-9 vertical in 2019,the reconstruction of technical water supply system is reformed,separate lubrication and cooling water system of water system,water lubrication system mainly supply packing,water conductivity,guide lubrication with water,not recycling;the recycling cooling water systems.By recycling the cooling water system,the total water consumption of the technical water supply system can be greatly reduced.After many considerations and combined with the field conditions after the technical water supply renovation of Songzhuang Pump station,it is decided to make homemade cooling coils and put them in the clear pool.Through the characteristics of the first stage pump of the lubricating water system pressurized and passed through the clear pool,the homemade cooling coils can be cooled so as to achieve the purpose of recycling.
