摘 要:离子交换树脂软化水质是水处理广泛应用技术之一,为探究离子交换树脂吸附、解吸和再吸附特性,优化离子软化高硬度循环水工艺参数,对001×7和D113树脂进行静态吸附、解吸和再吸附实验,对D113树脂进行动态吸附、解吸实验,并对D113树脂离子交换机理进行分析。研究结果表明:D113树脂的吸附、解吸和再吸附能力明显优于001×7树脂;试验条件下的工艺参数,D113最佳树脂投加量为7 g/L,解吸液最优浓度为8%,解吸时间不宜超过40 min;D113树脂吸附最佳流速不宜超过10 m/h,最佳解吸流速为4 m/h,解吸液最优浓度为8%;D113树脂等温吸附更符合Langmuir模型,吸附动力学更符合准二阶动力学模型,吸附行为包括外部液膜扩散和内部颗粒扩散,颗粒扩散是D113树脂吸附Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)主要的控制步骤。研究结果对优化水质处理工艺,提高水质软化效果具有理论和实践意义。Use Ion-exchange resin to soften the water is one of the most widely used water treatment technologies,in order to explore the adsorption,desorption and readsorption characteristics of ion exchange resin,optimize the process parameters of circulating water with high hardness of ion softening,conduct the static adsorption,desorption and readsorption experiments of 001×7 and D113 resins,conduct the dynamic adsorption and desorption experiments of D113 resin,and the ion exchange mechanism of D113 resin was analyzed.The result show that the adsorption,desorption and readsorption capacity of D113 resin is better than that of 001×7 resin,under the experimental conditions,D113 Best resin dose is 7 g/L,the optimal desorant concentration was 8%,desorption time should not exceed 40 min;D113 resin adsorption optimal flow rate is no more than 10 m/h,the optimal desorption flow rate is 4 m/h,the optimal concentration of the desorption liquid was 8%;The D113 resin isothermal adsorption is more consistent with the Langmuir model,the adsorption dynamics is more consistent with the quasi-second-order kinetic model,adsorption behavior includes external liquid membrane diffusion and internal particle diffusion,and particle diffusion is the main control step of D113 resin adsorption Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+).The research result have theoretical and practical significance for optimizing water treatment process and improving water quality softening effect.
