摘  要:对不同颗粒级配下管道临界流速的精准预测,可以为合理规划引水流量,降低设备损耗,提高清淤效率,扩大引水效能提供理论依据。对黄河调水调沙周期下,黄河水中的含沙量与颗粒级配进行动态追踪,以胶东调水工程打渔张泵站主体水泵抽水管道为原型,分析抽水管道水力输送黄河水时的临界流速问题,以判定黄河泥沙的颗粒形状、浓度及粒径对有压管流水动力运动特性的影响。结果表明,颗粒、浓度及粒径越大,固体颗粒的临界流速则增大;多面体颗粒由于其不规则几何构型的特点,相较于球体颗粒而言,多面体颗粒的临界流速更高。所以,有压管道内,同等输送流速与压力情况下,高浓度、大粒径的多面体颗粒,更容易在管道中发生沉积,增加堵管的风险,实际工程中需要提高管道内水流的输送速度与压力,从而确保安全输送。The accurate prediction of pipeline critical velocity under different particle gradation can provide theoretical basis for rational planning of water diversion flow,reducing equipment loss,improving silting efficiency and expanding water diversion efficiency.Based on Jiaodong Water Diversion Project:the main pump pumping pipeline of Dayuzhang pump station as the prototype,the dynamic tracking of the sediment content and particle gradation in the Yellow River water under the period of water transfer and sediment transfer,the critical flow velocity problem of the pumping pipeline during hydraulic transport of the Yellow River water is analyzed,so as to determine the influence of the particle shape,density,concentration and particle size of the Yellow River sediment on the dynamic movement characteristics of the pressurized pipe water.The results show that the critical velocity of solid particles increases with the increase of particle density,concentration and particle size.Due to its irregular geometry,the critical velocity of polyhedral particles is higher than that of spherical particles.Therefore,in the case of the same conveying velocity and pressure in the pressure pipeline,polyhedral particles with high density,high concentration and large particle size are more likely to deposit in the pipeline,increasing the risk of pipe blocking.In actual engineering,it is necessary to improve the conveying speed and pressure of the water flow in the pipeline,so as to ensure safe transportation.
