摘 要:精准辨识不同水库调度过程的异同与联系是科学制定水库调度规则的重要依据。有鉴于集对分析可以有效反映水资源系统不同变量之间的关联结构及其特征联系,提出了一种考虑水库下泄水量要求,优化确定水库发电调度图的集对分析方法。该方法的基本原理是将通过优化调整调度图中各条调度线的位置,使得根据拟定发电调度图确定的调度决策与根据动态规划确定的调度决策最为接近,从而得到相对最优的水库发电调度规则。以位于韩江流域汀江干流闽粤省界断面的棉花滩水库为例开展实例研究,在保证下游用水需求的情况下,以发电量最大为目标建立优化调度模型,采用集对分析方法提取最优的水库发电调度规则,详细分析了水库发电调度结果和下泄水量保障程度,验证了该方法的有效性和合理性。Identifying the complex connection of different reservoir operating processes is an important basis for formulating reservoir operation rules.In view of the fact that set pair analysis can effectively reflect the correlation structure and characteristic relationships between different variables in the water resource system,the set pair analysis was employed to derive reservoir operating policy,considering requirement of water discharge downstream.The principle of this method was that two kinds of operation decision derived by the dynamic programming and the drafted operating chart consist of a set pair.The optimal operating chart can be obtained by optimizing the operating rule curves to maximize the connection degree between the two kinds of operation decision.Finally,Mianhuatan reservoir at the key section of provincial boundary between Fujian and Guangdong in Tingjiang River main stream of Hanjiang River Basin was adopted as a case study.The efficacy and reasonability of SPA was verified to determine the reservoir operating policy for maximizing hydropower generation considering requirement of water discharge downstream,whose result was also analyzed in details.
