摘  要:裂缝深度检测是行业难题,传统的超声波检测法存在测量误差大、操作复杂等问题。为精确高效探测混凝土裂缝深度,以5 nm磁性Fe_(3)O_(4)为分散质,合理分散在纳米改性硅酸盐水溶液中,形成了一种纳米磁性液态指示剂,提出了向裂缝腔体中灌注纳米磁性指示剂并结合手持雷达扫描的可视化探测裂缝深度的方法。同时构建了混凝土裂缝深度物理模型,比较了有无纳米磁性指示剂的手持雷达检测剖面图并定量评价了检测误差。结果表明:纳米磁性指示剂具有较高的介电性,介电常数为278.3、反射系数为73.49%;纳米磁性指示剂,实现了对宽度为0.057 mm的垂直裂缝深度可视化检测,检测精度在95%以上。Crack depth detection is a difficult problem in the industry,and the traditional ultrasonic detection method has problems such as large measurement error and complicated operation.In order to accurately and efficiently detect the depth of concrete cracks,5 nm magnetic Fe_(3)O_(4) was taken as the dispersing mass,reasonably disperses in nano-modified silicate aqueous solution to form a kind of nano-magnetic liquid indicator,and puts forward the method of visual detection of crack depth by filling the crack cavity with nano-magnetic indicator and combining it with hand-held radar scanning.At the same time,a physical model of concrete crack depth was constructed,and the handheld radar detection profiles with and without the nanomagnetic indicator were compared and the detection errors were quantitatively evaluated.The result show that:the nano-magnetic indicator has high dielectricity,with a dielectric constant of 278.3 and a reflection coefficient of 73.49%;the nano-magnetic indicator,achieved visual detection of vertical crack depths with a width of 0.057 mm,with a detection accuracy of more than 95%.
