摘 要:以浙江省水利工程质量检测为例,通过分析水利工程质量检测特点,构建水利工程质量检测定量评估指标体系,形成浙江省水利工程质量检测定量评估模型。通过从质量检测维度创新质量评价模式和评价手段,实现对浙江省水利工程建设质量进行定量评估、动态监管、差异化监管,同时也为其他地区加强水利工程质量管理,提升水利工程建设质量提供有益参考。Taking the Zhejiang Province as an example,this paper analyzed the characteristics of quality inspection in hydraulic engineering.We constructed a quantitative evaluation index system and an assessment model of hydraulic engineering quality inspection in Zhejiang Province.Through innovating the quality evaluation model and tools on the quality testing,this paper realized the quantitative evaluation as well as dynamic and differentiated supervision of quality inspection of hydraulic engineering projects in Zhejiang Province.It also provided useful reference for other regions to strengthen the quality management and enhance the construction equality of hydraulic engineering projects.
