摘 要:初期雨水污染作为雨水径流污染中的主要控制对象,是当前广受关注的非点源污染之一。为深入认识我国初期雨水污染特性及控制技术研究现状,从初期雨水标准体系、污染特性、控制技术及应用效果等方面进行总结,并横向梳理了多种控制技术的影响参数及研究进展,为研究与设计人员优化控制初期雨水污染研究工作提供参考,为污染控制过程中的技术升级与应用决策提供支撑。基于现有研究成果展望,我国初期雨水污染管理可结合研究数据与工程经验完善技术标准体系,并统筹考虑城市到地块各层次的控制措施设计并完善初期雨水控制效果评估与监管体系,进一步为初期雨水科学管理与应用提供依据。As the main control object of stormwater runoff pollution,initial rainwater has gradually becomes one of the non-point source pollution sources of widespread concern.In order to deeply understand the characteristics of initial rainwater pollution in China,the research result of control technology were summarized.The research status of early stormwater pollution and its control technology is reviewed from four aspects:initial stormwater standard system,pollution characteristics,control technology and application effect,and the influence parameters and research progress of various control technologies are reviewed horizontally.A comprehensive understanding of the pollution characteristics and control technology of initial stormwater can help researchers and designers optimize the research workflow and decision-making ideas,and provide references for technology upgrading and application decision-making in the process of controlling initial stormwater pollution.Based on the existing research result and looking forward to the initial stormwater pollution management in China,the technical standard system can be improved by combining research data and engineering experience,and the design of control measures at all levels from cities to plots can be considered as a whole,and the assessment and supervision system of initial stormwater control effect can be improved to provide a basis for initial stormwater management and scientific application.
