立式离心泵大范围变频调速性能特性及参数换算

摘  要:在水资源配置工程中,立式单级单吸离心泵大范围变频调速运行日益增多。通过对小型立式离心泵机组进行大范围变频调速运行试验研究,结果表明:由额定转速逐步降速至0.2倍额定转速,最优效率点的效率变化明显,0.6倍额定转速下最优效率点的效率较额定转速降低超过4%;流量和扬程的比例律换算值与实测值相差较小,轴功率和效率相差较大,0.6倍额定转速下最优效率点的效率比例律换算值与实测值相对误差超过5%,非最优效率点的效率相对误差较最优效率点偏大;在超大流量工况,受汽蚀影响,流量扬程曲线比例律换算值与实测值相差明显;零流量工况下压力脉动随转速大范围降低而大幅度降低,0.4倍额定转速下水泵出口压力脉动降至额定转速的1/5。研究结果可为同类大型立式离心泵的设计、水泵选型以及泵站建成后的运行管理提供参考。In water resources allocation engineering,the application of vertical single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump in a wide range of variable frequency and speed regulation is increasing.In this paper,a wide range of variable frequency speed regulating operation test of small vertical centrifugal pump units is carried out.The result show that:from the rated speed gradually reduced to 0.2 times rated speed,the efficiency of the optimal efficiency points changes obviously,and that at 0.6 times rated speed is more than 4%lower than that at the rated.The ratio law conversion values of flow and head have a little difference with the measured values,and the shaft power and efficiency have a big difference.The relative error between the ratio law conversion values and the measured values at 0.6 times rated speed is more than 5%,and the relative error of the non-optimal efficiency points is larger than that of the optimal efficiency points.Under the condition of large flow rate,the ratio law of flow head curve differs significantly from the measured value due to cavitation.Under zero flow condition,the pressure fluctuation is greatly reduced with a wide range of speed reduction,and the pressure fluctuation at 0.4 times the rated speed is reduced to 1/5 of that at the rated speed in the pump outlet.This paper can provide reference for the design of similar large vertical centrifugal pumps,pump selected and operation management after the completion of pump station.
