摘 要:超大断面隧道具有扁平率低、跨度大、开挖步序繁多,导致其施工时颇具危险。简言之,合理的开挖方法与作业步序有助于保证超大断面隧道安全施工。依托晓沅隧道工程,采用ABAQUS软件模拟了不同施工方法下超大断面受力及变形特点,同时将数值结果与监测数据了对比和验证。结论表明:采用三台阶七步法和CRD法开挖时对应的隧道拱顶变形及地表沉降最大,采用双侧壁导坑法施工时隧道变形最小;当采用双侧壁导坑法开挖时,隧道的围岩支护应力较大且出现应力集中现象,因此建议尽快完成初支并封洞;进一步对双侧壁导坑法下的不同开挖工序进行分析,综合发现按照工序六作业时变形较小且成本较低。因此,本文研究结果有助于对类似工程施工提供参考与借鉴。The ultra-large section tunnel has low flattening rate,large span and many excavation steps,which makes it very dangerous in construction.In short,reasonable excavation method and working sequence are helpful to ensure the safe construction of super large section tunnel.Based on Xiaoyuan Tunnel project,ABAQUS software is used to simulate the stress and deformation characteristics of large sections for various construction method,and the numerical result are compared and verified with the monitoring data.The result show that the arch deformation and surface settlement of the tunnel are the largest when the three-step and seven-step excavation method and CRD excavation method are used,while the tunnel deformation is the smallest when the double-sidewall diversion method is used.When double-sidewall heading method is utilized,the surrounding rock support stress is large and stress concentration occurs,so it is recommended to complete the initial support and sealing as soon as possible.Further analysis of different excavation processes under double sidewall heading method shows that the deformation is smaller,and the cost is lower when working according to working step 6.Therefore,the research result of this paper are helpful to provide reference for similar engineering construction.
