摘  要:随着调水工程的兴建,盾构隧洞得到了广泛的应用。长距离调水隧洞不可避免会穿越不良地质段,非均匀地质下的盾构隧洞可能会发生潜在的不均匀沉降。作为主要的承力结构,当前装配式外衬主要采用斜螺栓连接。合理地模拟斜螺栓接头并分析其在不均匀沉降作用下的力学表现对于隧洞的纵向稳定分析具有十分重要的意义。针对斜螺栓接头在外力作用下的力学性能,研究不同运行工况下斜螺栓的轴力、弯矩分布情况,利用埋置梁广义位移法对螺栓开展了仿真分析,建立了考虑转角位移插值的数值模拟方法。通过算例将有限元分析结果与试验结果对比分析,认为螺栓的转角位移插值对数值模拟具有显著的影响,其在不均匀沉降下会产生一定的弯曲应力,研究成果为工程设计提供了参考。With the construction of water transfer projects,shield tunnels have been widely used.Long distance water transfer tunnels inevitably traverse sections of poor geology and potential uneven settlement may occur in shield tunnels under non-uniform geology.As the main load-bearing structure,the current assembled outer lining mainly uses inclined bolted joints.A reasonable modelling of the inclined bolted joints and an analysis of their mechanical behavior under uneven settlement is of great importance for the analysis of the longitudinal stability of tunnels.In this paper,the mechanical performance of inclined bolted joints under the action of external forces is investigated.The distribution of axial force and bending moment of the inclined bolts under different operating conditions is studied,the bolts are simulated using the generalized displacement method of buried beams,and a numerical simulation method is established considering the interpolation of the corner displacement.By comparing the finite element analysis result with the test result,it is concluded that the interpolation of the corner displacement of the bolt has a significant influence on the numerical simulation,and it will generate a certain bending stress under uneven settlement,which provides a reference for engineering design.
