摘 要:某高桩梁板码头横梁已浇筑部分高度,需采取工程措施对横梁抗剪补强。通过有限元数值分析,以Dload子程序模拟门机移动荷载,分析得出剪力破坏危险区域主要集中于靠近立柱的2.0 m范围内,两端悬臂端在1.5 m范围内,并以此作为加固处理对象。运用有限元方法分析了横梁的最大主应力、剪应力及正应力分布,设计了适用于施工条件的横梁暗桁架补强方案,经复核满足要求。The crossbeams of a beam-slab high-pile wharf have been partially poured,and shear resistance of the beams need to be strengthened.Finite element method is used to analyze stress,and moving crane load is simulated by Dload subroutine.The result shows that the risk area of shear failure is mainly concentrated within a 2 m range near the column,and the cantilever ends at both ends are within a 1.5 m range.And this risk area is the object of reinforcement treatment.The maximum principal stress,shear stress,and normal stress distribution of the crossbeams are analyzed using finite element numerical analysis.A crossbeam strengthening scheme by hidden truss suitable for construction is designed,and has been verified as OK.
