摘　　要：水资源是事关国计民生的基础性自然资源和支撑经济社会可持续发展的战略性经济资源,受气候变化和人类活动等影响,我国水资源情势呈现出新的变化。本文主要开展海南省水资源评价工作,对水资源量包括地表水、地下水、水资源总量等的演变情势分析;通过季节性Kendall检验和流量调节浓度检验对海南省地表水进行地表水资源质量分析;采用评价指标监测值的年均变化率,分析了地下水资源质量演变情势。研究成果可以为区域地表水和地下水水资源质量演变情势预测提供借鉴。Water resources are the basic natural resources related to the national economy and people's livelihood and the strategic economic resources supporting the sustainable development of economy and society.At present,due to the impact of climate change and human activities,China's water resources situation has shown new changes.In this paper,we mainly carried out the evaluation of water resources in Hainan Province,analyzed the evolution of water resources including surface water,groundwater and total water resources.Analyzed the surface water quality of surface water in Hainan Province through seasonal Kendall test and flow regulation concentration test,and analyzed the evolution of groundwater resources quality by using the average annual change rate of the monitored values of the evaluation index.The research result can provide reference for the prediction of the evolution of regional surface water and groundwater water resources.
