摘 要:安全生产法是安全生产的基本法,现代化安全体系架构是新安法在施工生产过程中的解读与实践,是以现代化科学为依据设定的。为提升企业安全生产能力,加快企业安全体系现代化建设,急需探索施工过程中潜藏的各类重大危险源,通过制定现代化安全管理办法,在宏观上形成现代化安全生产体系,在施工生产过程中达到全程危险源可辨识、安全闭环管理和安全隐患可控,促使施工生产建设达到新标准,构建一套可行高效的现代化安全管理办法。The Work Safety Law of the People's Republic of China serves as the fundamental law for work safety,with the modernized safety system framework representing the interpretation and application of this new law in the construction process,established on the foundation of modern science.To enhance corporate safety capabilities and expedite the modernization of safety systems,it is essential to explore the various major hazards hidden within construction processes.By establishing modernized safety management methods,a comprehensive work safety system can be formed at the macro level,enabling the identification of hazards,closed-loop safety management,and control of potential risks throughout the construction process.This approach promotes the achievement of new standards in construction production safety,thereby building an effective and feasible modern safety management system.
