摘 要:针对船闸水位信息的稳定性和可靠性问题,研究提出了一套基于光纤光栅的多级连续船闸水位监测系统及其自诊断方法:该水位监测系统独立于船闸控制系统,采用单测点多只传感器的测量方式对多级连续船闸水位进行监测;根据格布拉斯准则对异常值进行判定,通过布尔计算、逻辑运算等方法对各水位计进行自动校准,实现水位监测系统的自诊断。结果表明:该水位监测系统减轻了多级连续船闸中心控制系统的算力负担和通讯负担,实现各水位检测传感器的自动校验,提高了多级船闸闸室水位测点可靠性,从而提高多级连续船闸整体运行的可靠性和安全性。Aiming at the problem of stability and reliability of water level information of ship lock,a multistage continuous ship lock water level monitoring system was proposed based on fiber Bragg grating and its self-diagnosis method:the water level monitoring system is independent of the ship lock control system,and adopts the measurement method of single detection point and multiple sensors to monitor the water level of multistage continuous ship lock.The abnormal value is determined according to the Gebras criterion,and the water level meters are automatically calibrated by Boolean calculation and logic operation to realize the self-diagnosis of the water level monitoring system.The result show that the water level monitoring system reduces the computing load and communication load of the central control system of multistage continuous ship lock,realizes the automatic calibration of the water level detection sensors,improves the reliability of the water level detection points in the chamber of multistage continuous ship lock,and thus improves the reliability and safety of the overall operation of multistage continuous ship lock.
