摘  要:围绕高效开展船闸工控系统软硬件开发及技术迭代的需要,设计了一套基于硬件在环仿真技术的船闸工业控制系统开发测试仿真平台。仿真平台以船闸控制器及船闸运行实时仿真器为基本架构,提供了包含硬故障注入、软故障注入的故障测试功能以及基于标准运行工艺的船闸控制器工艺验证功能,分析了基本的仿真建模方法。Focusing on the need of efficiently developing the software and hardware development and technology iteration of the ship lock industrial control system,a development and testing simulation platform for the shiplock Industrial control system based on Hardware-in-the-loop simulation technology was designed.The simulation platform,based on the basic architecture of shiplock controllers and real-time simulators for shiplock operation,provides fault testing functions including hard fault injection and soft fault injection,as well as process validation functions for shiplock controllers based on standard operating processes,and analyzed the basic simulation modeling method.
