摘  要:全面质量管理是一种全面的、全过程的、全员参与的质量管理,可以全面提高业务水平、服务质量,显著增强质量优势推动行业发展。以船舶通过三峡河段为例,从质量管理六要素的角度分析了影响船舶过闸的相关因素,提出通过建立统一系统对船舶过闸服务的全面质量管理与智能化,进而提升船舶过闸服务质量标准,提高过闸服务质量,推动船闸行业高质量发展。Total quality management is a comprehensive,whole-process,whole-employee quality management,which can comprehensively improve the level of business and service quality,significantly enhance the quality advantage and promote the development of the industry.Taking the passage of ships through the Three Gorges River as an example,the relevant factors affecting the passage of ships are analyzed through the lock from the perspective of six elements of quality management.It is proposed to establish a unified system for the comprehensive quality management and intelligence of ship through the lock service,so as to improve the quality of ship through the lock service standards,improve the quality of service quality,and promote the high-quality development of the lock industry.
