摘　　要：大广坝灌区建筑物新旧交叉、建设标准低、完整度不全,存在结构性问题、建筑物节点隐患问题、防洪安全问题。本文简述海南大广坝灌区功能提升总体规划,此规划符合国家与水利部整体战略发展要求和海南省社会经济发展要求,将极大改变灌区面貌,改善人民生活。Daguangba irrigation district buildings old and new cross,low construction standards,incomplete and irrigation district design concept is backward,there are structural problems,building nodes hidden problems,organisational and management problems,flood control and safety problems.This paper briefly describes the function of Hainan Daguangba irrigation district to enhance the master plan,this plan is in line with the overall strategic development requirements of the State and the Ministry of Water Resources and the social and economic development requirements of Hainan Province,will greatly change the face of the irrigation district,improve the life of the people.
