摘  要:为了改善施工时输变电工程边坡的稳定性,保证制备的多孔生态混凝土强度,以多孔生态混凝土的各材料组成为研究对象,对其早期抗压强度进行系统研究。通过控制水泥掺量、玉米芯和再生砂组成的生态有机质掺量、水灰比和孔隙率为变量,设计多组对照试验。结果显示:水泥掺量对多孔生态混凝土强度发展起着决定性作用,在水泥掺量为9%时,各组强度均为最大值,其中最大值可以达到1 125.7 kPa。结果表明:通过建立生态有机质与抗压强度之间的对数回归模型,分析了其影响程度;水灰比和孔隙率的增大使得混凝土的抗压强度大幅度降低,最大减小了近63.1%;分组试验和正交试验在控制同一变量的基础上显示相同的规律性。多孔生态混凝土早期抗压强度的研究可以为输变电工程边坡修复和后续植被生长提供相应参考。In order to improve the stability of the power transmission project slope during construction and ensure the strength of the prepared porous ecological concrete.The early compressive strength of porous ecological concrete is systematically studied by taking the material composition of porous ecological concrete as the research object.By controlling the cement content,the amount of ecological organic matter composed of corncob and recycled sand,the water cement ratio and porosity as variables,multiple control tests are designed.The cement content plays a decisive role in the strength development of porous ecological concrete.When the cement content is 9%,the strength of each group is the maximum,and the maximum value can reach 1125.7 kPa.The logarithmic regression model between ecological organic matter and compressive strength is established,and its influence degree is analyzed.With the increase of water cement ratio and porosity,the compressive strength of concrete is greatly reduced by 63.1%.Group experiment and orthogonal experiment show the same regularity on the basis of controlling the same variable.The research of early compressive strength of porous ecological concrete can provide reference for power transmission project slope restoration and subsequent vegetation growth.
