摘 要:为了探究不同防裂材料对面板混凝土抗裂性能的影响,研究掺PVA纤维和HB7-18型防裂剂的面板混凝土力学和变形性能,同时根据实际施工中的混凝土温升和养护情况,提出改进抗裂性指数K以评价综合抗裂性。结果表明:在相同的配制强度条件下,PVA纤维可小幅提升混凝土轴向抗拉强度和极限拉伸值,但对其他性能影响不大,且计算得到的抗裂性指数K表明早期抗裂性能无明显提升。HB7-18型防裂剂可降低混凝土干缩率,同时可使绝湿状态下的混凝土在较长龄期内具备膨胀效果。与基准组相比,掺HB7-18型防裂剂的混凝土7 d和28 d抗裂性指数K可分别提升50%和40%,抗裂性能得到显著改善。In order to explore the influence of different anti-cracking agents on crack resistance of panel concrete,The mechanical and deformation properties of panel concrete with PVA fiber and HB7-18 anti-cracking agent are studied.According to the temperature rise characteristics and curing conditions of concrete in actual construction,an improved crack resistance index K is proposed to evaluate the comprehensive crack resistance of concrete.The result show that PVA fiber can slightly improve the axial tensile strength and ultimate tensile value of concrete,but has little effect on other properties,and the calculated crack resistance index K exhibits that there is no obvious improvement about crack resistance at early ages.HB7-18 anti-cracking agent can significantly reduce the dry shrinkage rate of concrete,and can make it in the moisture isolated state expand in a long period of time.Compared with the baseline group,the 7 d and 28 d crack resistance index K of the concrete with HB7-18 anti-cracking agent increased by 50%and 40%,respectively.The crack resistance of concrete has been improved significantly.
