摘  要:引黄济青工程经过多年运行,在部分渠段出现了渠道断面要素发生变化、流量与设计水位不匹配、梯级泵站运行时间和流量匹配困难等问题,对于工程的输水安全和输水效率都有重要影响。选取典型渠段,对以上问题发生的原因进行了分析,基于明渠非均匀渐变流方程对明渠及过水建筑物过流能力进行复核,并采用丹麦水资源及水环境研究所(DHI)的MIKE软件,模拟工程0~10 m^(3)/s、10~20 m^(3)/s、20~30 m^(3)/s三种流量调节调度运行工况。通过梯级泵站上下站流量变化时全线水力变化求解,确定梯级泵站调度运行时泵站间流量滞后时差匹配关系,从而得出泵站和泵站间控制性建筑物的调度运行建议,对于优化调度策略、提升过流能力、确保长距离调水工程运行安全具有重要意义。After years of operation,The Yellow River to Qingdao Water Diversion Project has encountered problems such as changes in channel section elements,mismatches between flow rate and design water level,and difficulties in matching the operation time and flow rate of cascade pumping stations in some canal sections,which have a significant impact on the safety and efficiency of water transportation in the project.Typical channel sections were selected to analyze the causes of the above problems.Based on the non-uniform gradient flow equation of the open channel,the flow capacity of the open channel and water passing buildings was reviewed.The MIKE software of the Danish Institute of Water Resources and Environment(DHI)was used to simulate three flow regulation and scheduling operating conditions:0~10 m^(3)/s,10~20 m^(3)/s,and 20~30 m^(3)/s.By solving the hydraulic changes along the entire line when the flow rate changes between the upper and lower stations of the cascade pumping station,the matching relationship between the flow lag time difference between the pumping stations during the scheduling operation of the cascade pumping station is determined.Therefore,the scheduling operation suggestions for the control buildings between the pumping station and the pumping station are obtained,which is of great significance for optimizing the scheduling strategy,improving the flow capacity,and ensuring the safe operation of long-distance water diversion projects.
