摘 要:为贯彻执行全国节能减排,碳中和的方针,也为了实现胶东调水泵站节约运行成本。根据王耨泵站历史数据及实际运行工况,计算泵站运行效率及能源单耗,将计算结果按照扬程由低到高顺序排列,得出最优泵站运行扬程区间。由此,探究通过数字孪生技术,自动控制上下游各闸门开度,调节泵站上下游渠道蓄量,以达到控制泵站流量的目标。再根据分时电价,调整泵站运行流量,低电价时大流量运行,高电价时低流量运行。通过调整较小流量参与分时流量调控,计算电费,与不进行调控的电费作比较,得出这种调控方式对泵站经济运行具有显著效果。这种调控方式为胶东调水沿线泵站经济运行和梯级泵站根据分时电价调控流量提供重要参考。In order to implement the national policies on energy conservation,emission reduction,and carbon neutrality,as well as to achieve cost savings in the operation of the Jiaodong water diversion pump stations,we calculated the pump station's operating efficiency and energy consumption per unit based on historical data and operating conditions of the Wangnou Pump Station.The calculation result were then arranged in ascending order according to the head,leading to the identification of the optimal operating head range for the pump station.Subsequently,we explored the use of digital twin technology to automatically control the opening of upstream and downstream gates,adjust the storage capacity of channels upstream and downstream of the pump station,and thereby achieve the target flow control of the pump station.Furthermore,we adjusted the pump station's operating flow rates based on time-of-use electricity pricing,running at high flow rates during periods of low electricity prices and at low flow rates during periods of high electricity prices.Assuming an ideal scenario where smaller flow rate adjustments are made for time-of-use flow rate control,we calculated the electricity costs and compared them with the costs incurred without control,analyzing the effectiveness of this control method on the economic operation of the pump station.These analyses provide references for the economic operation of pump stations in the Jiaodong water diversion route and for adjusting flow rates based on time-of-use electricity pricing for cascade pump stations.
