大型卧式轴流泵技术供水系统优化配置研究与应用:以胶东调水工程王道泵站为例

摘  要:供水系统优化配置方案对于泵站的运行以及效益情况均有着重要影响,为提高泵站的运行效果,通过结合PSO算法,构建出一套针对大型卧式轴流泵积水供水系统的优化配置方案。以胶东调水工程王道泵站为例,通过以系统运行效率、耗能情况以及运行成本作为优化目标,采用加权和法构建出多目标优化函数,并对流量需求以及扬程要求进行约束。采用PSO算法对多目标优化函数进行求解,通过群体迭代优化的方式,求解出最优配置方案,并将该方案应用到王道泵站的运行工作中,对其运行效益进行分析。结果显示:王道泵站供水系统水泵在全时段的运行效率均保持在80%以上,系统能耗均保持在0.30~0.38 kWh/m^(3),出水流量始终保持在进水流量的98%以上,日均总电费的节约成本比例达到了19.9%。结果表明:多目标优化函数能够有效整合不同的优化目标,从而得到最佳效益下的配置方案。结合泵速,阀门开度等具体配置参数,PSO算法可以实现对供水系统各个参数的精细调整。通过对本次胶东调水工程王道泵站供水系统的优化配置和分析,充分展示了人工智能算法在泵站优化配置工作中的独特作用,可以为相关规划配置方案的制定提供可靠借鉴。The optimal allocation scheme of water supply system has an important influence on the operation and benefit of pumping station.In order to improve the operation effect of pumping station,a set of optimal allocation scheme for large horizontal axial-flow pump water supply system is constructed by combining PSO algorithm.Taking Wangdao Pumping Station of Jiaodong Water Diversion Project as an example,a multi-objective optimization function is constructed by taking the system operation efficiency,energy consumption and operation cost as optimization objective,and the flow demand and lift demand are constrained.The PSO algorithm is used to solve the multi-objective optimization function,and the optimal configuration scheme is solved by group iterative optimization.The scheme is applied to the planning of Wangdao Pumping Station,and its operation benefit is analyzed.The result show that the operating efficiency of pumps in the water supply system of Wangdao Pumping Station is above 80%at all times,the energy consumption of the system is between 0.30 and 0.38 kWh/m^(3),the outlet flow is always above 98%of the inlet flow,and the cost saving ratio of the daily average total electricity fee reaches 19.9%.The result show that the multiobjective optimization function can effectively integrate different optimization objective,thus obtaining the optimal allocation scheme.Combined with pump speed,valve opening and other specific configuration parameters,PSO algorithm can realize fine adjustment of various parameters of water supply system,so as to find the optimal configuration scheme that meets multiple optimization objective.Through the optimal configuration and analysis of the water supply system of Wangdao Pumping Station in Jiaodong Water Transfer Project,the unique role of artificial intelligence algorithm in the optimal configuration of pumping stations is fully demonstrated,which can provide reliable reference for the formulation of relevant planning and configuration schemes.
