摘 要:社会资源流动的推拉向度及其关系,是人口流动和语言传播考察的重要命题。就汉语国际传播而言,汉语作为语言资源在中国和对象国之间的传播呈现出推拉规律的特征。推拉规律就内涵而言,不仅包括推力、拉力及其共生关系,还涉及推拉“阻力”和“内力”,即“干扰障碍”和“个人因素”等中介变量的影响,各种力量构成的合力促使学习者做出行为选择。从推拉规律看国际中文教育,本文提出“缩短语言规则间的距离”“隐性化政策主体”“优化和学习者的关联”三条政策原则,以解释国际中文教育的政策边界及其价值。The push-pull dimensions and their relationship based on the flow of social resource are essential themes in the study of population migration and language transmission.As far as global spread of Chinese language is concerned,transmission of Chinese as language resource between China and target countries shows the characteristics of push-pull law.It’s worth noting that the connotation of push-pull theory embody not only the push-pull forces and interactions between them,but also contains“obstruction”and“internal force”affected by intermediate variables,like“intervening obstacles”and“personal factors”.The combined force of various forces prompts learners to make their behavioral choices.For the sake of illustrating the policy boundaries of International Chinese Language Education and its value,this paper has,in a framework of push-pull theory,analyzed International Chinese Language Education and advocated three policy principles,including“shortening the distance of language rules in use”,“making policy agent implicit”and“optimizing affinity with learners”.
