摘　　要：随着化工产业规模扩大,危化品泄漏事故风险加剧.首先,论述了应急救援体系对降低事故损失、保护生命财产、维护生态环境的意义和价值;其次,阐述了危险化学品泄漏事故应急救援体系构建的各个要素,如响应机制建设、专业队伍组建、物资装备配置等,并指出救援技术创新是事故处置的关键,新型装备能助力救援效率提升;最后,论述了危险化学品泄漏事故应急救援预案的制定与实施.With the expansion of the chemical industry,the risk of hazardous chemical leakage accidents has increased.Firstly,the significance and value of the emergency rescue system in reducing accident losses,protecting lives and property,and maintaining the ecological environment were discussed;Secondly,the various elements of building an emergency rescue system for hazardous chemical leakage accidents were elaborated,such as response mechanism construction,professional team building,and material and equipment configuration.It was pointed out that innovation in rescue technology is the key to accident disposal,and new equipment can help improve rescue efficiency;Finally,the formulation and implementation of emergency response plans for hazardous chemical leakage accidents were discussed.
