室外工作轨道式起重机防风装置安全改造和安全管理方案研究

摘　　要：随着高铁技术的快速发展,室外工作轨道式起重机在高铁轨道建设与维护中扮演着重要的角色.以室外工作轨道式起重机的防风装置为研究对象,对其安全性能进行了研究.研究发现,当前轨道式起重机的防风装置存在一些安全缺陷,如防风能力不足、制动系统不稳定、智能控制系统缺失.针对这些问题,提出了防风装置的技术改造方案,同时制定了防风装置的安全管理方案,旨在通过技术改造和安全管理方案的实施,有效提升室外工作轨道式起重机在高铁轨道背景下的防风安全性能.With the rapid development of high-speed rail technology,outdoor working track crane plays an important role in the construction and maintenance of high-speed rail track.The safety performance of the windproof device of outdoor working rail crane is studied.It is found that there are some safety defects in the current windproof device of rail crane,such as insufficient windproof ability,unstable braking system and lack of intelligent control system.In view of these problems,the technical transformation scheme of the windproof device is proposed,and the safety management scheme of the windproof device is formulated.The aim is to effectively improve the safety performance of the outdoor working track crane under the background of high-speed railway track through the implementation of the technical transformation and safety management scheme.
