摘　　要：聚焦于疫苗流通和使用环节中的生物安全管理,分析了其中存在的主要问题,并提出了有针对性的监管对策.通过加强冷链保障和应急响应、完善全程追溯系统、规范接种操作与提升接种人员专业素养,以及构建动态不良反应监测反馈机制,能够提升疫苗流通与使用全过程的生物安全性,为公众健康和疫苗行业发展提供更可靠的保障.This paper focuses on the biosafety management in the process of vaccine circulation and use,analyzes the main problems,and puts forward targeted countermeasures.By strengthening cold chain security and emergency response,improving the whole-process traceability system,standardizing vaccination operations and improving the professional quality of vaccinators,and building a dynamic adverse reaction monitoring feedback mechanism,the biosafety of the whole process of vaccine circulation and use can be improved,providing a more reliable guarantee for public health and the development of the vaccine industry.
