摘 要:在当今全球气候变化加剧、自然灾害频发的背景下,应急通信网络作为连接救援现场与指挥中心的桥梁,其稳定性和安全性直接关系到救援行动的成败.然而,应急通信网络往往面临复杂多变的威胁环境,包括网络攻击、设备故障、信息泄露等,这些都对救援工作构成了严峻挑战.因此,构建一套高效、智能的应急通信网络安全态势感知系统显得尤为重要.该系统能够实时监测网络状态,及时发现并应对潜在威胁,为应急管理部门提供精准、全面的网络安全保障,确保救援行动顺畅无阻,为防灾减灾工作筑起一道坚实的防线.In the context of global climate change and frequent natural disasters,the stability and security of emergency communication network,as a bridge connecting the rescue site and the command center,are directly related to the success or failure of rescue operations. However,emergency communication networks often face a complex and changing threat environment,including cyber attacks,equipment failures,information leaks,etc.,which pose severe challenges to rescue work. Therefore,it is particularly important to build an efficient and intelligent emergency communication network security situation awareness system. The system can monitor the network status in real time,discover and respond to potential threats in time,provide accurate and comprehensive network security guarantee for emergency management departments,ensure smooth rescue operations,and build a solid defense line for disaster prevention and mitigation work.
