摘　　要：药品安全是公共卫生安全的重要组成部分,关系到亿万人民的生命健康,特别是在基层,安全有效的药品供应对广大农村和社区居民的健康至关重要.对基层药品安全风险的主要源头进行了深入研究和探讨,通过了解和分析基层药品流通的现状和问题,寻找其产生的深层次原因.根据这些问题,提出了针对基层药品风险控制和管理的对策和建议,如加大药品监管力度,提高药品供应的可追溯性,完善药品流通体系,提升基层药师队伍素质,健全药品使用和处方.希望这些策略能够助力提高基层药品安全水平,为公众健康提供有力保障.Drug safety is an important part of public health security,affecting the lives and health of hundreds of millions of people,especially at the grassroots level,and safe and effective drug supply is crucial to the health of rural and community residents. The main source of drug safety risk at grass-roots level was studied and discussed,and the deep-seated reasons were found through understanding and analyzing the current situation and problems of drug circulation at grass-roots level. According to these problems,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for the risk control and management of grass-roots drugs,such as strengthening drug supervision,improving the traceability of drug supply,improving the drug circulation system,improving the quality of grass-roots pharmacists,and improving drug use and prescription. It is hoped that these strategies can help improve the level of drug safety at the grass-roots level and provide strong protection for public health.
