人文经济学视域下中国式现代化的动力机制与战略布局

摘　　要：中国式现代化的最终目标是实现人的自由全面发展。人文经济学以人为中心,研究文化与经济如何交融共生,为推进中国式现代化提供理论支撑与方法指引。新时代人文经济学是中国式现代化人本逻辑、习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想、中国特色自主知识体系的集中体现和重大创新。人文经济学视域下中国式现代化的动力机制包括:营造人文环境,构建全面支持创新体制机制;立足人文经济,健全保障和改善民生制度体系;传承人文基因,深化文化体制机制改革;弘扬生态文化,加强生态文明建设;坚定文化自信,完善高水平对外开放体制机制。文章以制度建设为主线,聚焦党的建设、政治、经济、文化、社会、生态和安全七个方面,提出人文经济学视域下中国式现代化的战略布局。The ultimate goal of Chinese modernization is to achieve the free and comprehensive development of individuals.Humanistic economics,which places people at the center,explores how culture and economy can harmoniously coexist and provides both theoretical support and methodological guidance for advancing Chinese modernization.This paper systematically elucidates the value implications of humanistic economics with Chinese characteristics in the new era.It highlights humanistic economics as a concentrated embodiment of the human-centered logic of Chinese modernization,Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,and the construction of an independent Chinese knowledge system.Beginning with the practical realities of Chinese modernization and the imperative to further deepen reform comprehensively,this study analyzes the dynamic mechanisms driving Chinese modernization from the perspective of humanistic economics.These mechanisms include:fostering a humanistic environment and establishing systems that comprehensively support innovation;building a robust system for ensuring and improving people's livelihoods;inheriting cultural values while deepening the reform of cultural institutions;promoting ecological culture and advancing ecological civilization;strengthening cultural confidence while improving the institutional mechanisms for highlevel opening-up.Finally,the paper takes system construction as its main thread and focuses on seven key domainsparty building,politics,economy,culture,society,ecology,and securityproposing a strategic layout for Chinese modernization within the framework of humanistic economics.
