摘 要:目的优化健脾清热消痤方现代提取工艺参数。方法根据单因素考察,选取加水倍数、提取时间和提取次数为关键工艺参数进行正交设计,将指标成分的质量分数以及指纹图谱相似度和干膏率作为评价指标,采用层次分析法(AHP)、熵值法和AHP-熵值混合加权法确定各指标权重系数,比较单一赋权法和混合加权法,结合正交结果优选健脾清热消痤方提取工艺参数,并对其进行验证试验。结果优选提取工艺条件为加10倍水,提取30 min,提取3次。结论通过AHP-熵值混合加权法优选的健脾清热消痤方提取工艺合理可行,适用于医院制剂开发。Objective To optimize the extraction process parameters of Jian Pi Qing Re Xiao Cuo Fang.Methods Water addition rate,extraction time and number of extractions were selected as the critical process parameters for orthogonal design experiments.The mass fraction,fingerprint similarity and dry paste rate of the index components in Jian Pi Qing Re Xiao Cuo Fang were used as the evaluation indexes.The weight coefficients of the indexes were determined by the AHP-entropy weighting method.The comprehensive scores were calculated to determine the optimal extraction process.Results The optimal extraction process conditions were soaking for 30 minutes,adding 10 times of water,extracting for 30 minutes,and extracting three times.Conclusion The optimized extraction process of Jian Pi Qing Re Xiao Cuo Fang is stable and feasible.
