摘　　要：人民币高质量国际化内含货币职能、制度支持、技术赋能、合作对象、发展根基五个关键要素的“高质量”,其深层逻辑在于,它是中国实现可持续崛起的应有之义、建设“金融强国”的内在要求、规避美元体系风险的重要依托、践行全球发展倡议的生动诠释。为推进人民币高质量国际化,中国有必要从当前“由点到面”的棋盘式布局,转向以东亚、东南亚、中亚、西亚、中东欧、西欧、非洲、大洋洲、南美的重点国家或地区为关键节点,构建密切联系的政治经济合作网络。The high-quality internationalization of the RMB includes five key elements:monetary function,institutional support,technological empowerment,cooperation partners and development foundation.Its deep logic lies in that it is a necessary requirement for China to achieve sustainable rise,an inherent requirement for building a"financial powerhouse",an impor-tant support for avoiding risks in the US dollar system and a vivid interpretation of implementing global development initiatives.To promote the high-quality internationalization of the RMB,it is necessary for China to shift from the current"point to surface"chessboard layout to focusing on key countries or regions in East Asia,Southeast Asia,Central Asia,West Asia,Central and Eastern Europe,Western Europe,Africa,Oceania and South America as key nodes,and build a close po-litical and economic cooperation network.
