摘　　要：脂必泰胶囊具有调节血脂、预防心血管疾病、保护肝脏等特点, 临床应用较为广泛。脂必泰联合小剂量他汀类药物治疗冠心病患者, 其降脂效果与大剂量他汀类药物相当, 且不良反应发生率更低。因此本研究从脂必泰胶囊的药物成分、作用机制、临床应用、不良反应及安全性等方面进行综述, 从而为临床应用脂必泰调脂提供理论支持。Zhibitai Capsules are characterized by their ability to regulate blood lipids,prevent cardiovascular diseases,and protect the liver,making them widely used in clinical practice.When combined with low-dose statins for the treatment of coronary artery disease,their lipid-lowering effect is comparable to that of high-dose statins,while exhibiting a lower incidence of adverse reactions.Therefore,this study reviews the drug components,mechanisms of action,clinical applications,adverse reactions,and safety of Zhibitai Capsules,providing theoretical support for their clinical use in lipid regulation.
