摘　　要：随着数字经济蓬勃发展,把握好数字金融和实体经济的关系对建设金融强国和支持实体经济高质量发展意义重大。本文在厘清数字金融内涵基础上,探讨包含数字货币在内的数字金融与实体经济关系,分析数字货币和虚拟资产的本质特征及运行规律。数字金融与实体经济的关联性主要表现在发挥资源配置功能参与产业资本循环服务实体经济、以及虚拟资本背离产业资本空转促使风险积聚。为防范数字金融风险和更好服务实体经济高质量发展,可从坚持服务实体经济、引导金融业数字化转型、明确监管取向、重点支持数实融合发展等方面入手。With the booming digital economy, the relationship between digital finance and the real economy is of great significance to build a financial power and support the high-quality development of the real economy. Based on the connotation of digital finance, this article discusses the relationship between digital finance and real economy, including digital currency, and analyzes the essential characteristics and operating laws of digital currencies and virtual assets. The correlation between digital finance and the real economy is mainly manifested in the use of resource allocation functions to participate in the real economy of industrial capital recycling services, as well as fictitious capital departure from industrial capital air transfer to promote the accumulation of risks. In order to prevent digital finance risks and better serve the high-quality development of the real economy, we can start from adhering to the service of the real economy, guiding the digital transformation of the financial industry, clarifying regulatory orientation, and focusing on supporting the development of digital economy and real economy.
