摘 要:本文针对大型工件喷涂废气特点,综合考虑收集、预处理、处理、余热利用等多环节,采用系统化设计,提出了“多级干式过滤器+沸石转轮浓缩+蓄热式氧化炉(RTO)高温蓄热燃烧+余热利用”的废气治理工艺和智慧运维控制方案,并对该治理工艺结合工程情况进行详细介绍。工程实践表明,“多级干式过滤器+沸石转轮浓缩+RTO高温蓄热燃烧+余热利用”工艺对于类似大型工件喷涂大风量、不稳定排放、中低浓度挥发性有机物(VOCs)废气的治理效果好,排气浓度可以稳定在10mg/m^(3)以下。该工艺配置的余热利用设备节能减排效果明显,智慧运维控制大大减少了系统的运行维护工作量。A waste gas treatment process and intelligent operation and maintenance control scheme of "multi-stage dry filter + zeolite rotor concentration + RTO high-temperature thermal storage combustion + waste heat utilization" was proposed by focusing on the characteristics of exhaust gas from large-scale workpiece spraying and comprehensively considering multiple links such as collection, pretreatment,treatment, waste heat utilization and other aspects of the systematic design. The treatment process was introduced in detail in combination with the engineering situation. Engineering practice has shown that the process of "multi-stage dry filter + zeolite rotor concentration + RTO high-temperature thermal storage combustion + waste heat utilization" has good treatment effects on such large workpieces painting exhaust gas with high air flow, unstable emissions, and low to medium VOCs concentration. The exhaust concentration can be stabilized below 10 mg/m^(3). The waste heat utilization equipment configured in this process has significant energy-saving and emission reduction effects, and intelligent operation and maintenance control greatly reduces the workload of system operation and maintenance.
