摘 要:采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立袋式除尘器的底梁及灰斗的整体模型,对其进行结构分析,通过分析灰斗的应力分布、力传递方式及底梁的应力分布情况,可以得出结论 :灰斗载荷通过灰斗的边角传递至底梁端部,底梁端部的应力较大,而底梁中间区域应力较小。本文提出了一种轻型底梁结构,底梁的总重量降低了32%以上,可为袋式除尘器底梁的设计创新提供参考。The finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to establish the overall model of the bottom beam and ash hopper of the bag dust collector, and the structural analysis was carried out. By analyzing the stress distribution of the ash hopper, the mode of force transfer and the stress distribution of the bottom beam, the conclusion can be drawn: The load of the ash hopper is transferred to the end of the bottom beam through the corner of the ash hopper. The stress of the end of the bottom beam is larger, while the stress of the middle area of the bottom beam is smaller. A lightweight bottom beam structure is proposed, the total weight of the bottom beam is reduced by more than 32%, which provides an innovative reference for the bottom beam design of bag dust collector.
