数字经济、人力资本结构高级化与我国制造业国际竞争力

摘　　要：数字经济与人力资本结构高级化已成为推动制造业转型升级和提升国际竞争力的关键因素。利用2011—2022年省级面板数据,通过固定效应模型和调节效应模型,深入研究了数字经济与人力资本结构高级化对制造业国际竞争力的影响。研究结果表明,数字经济与我国制造业国际竞争力之间存在倒U型关系。在倒U型关系的左侧,数字经济发展处在初期阶段,此时数字经济的发展能促进我国制造业国际竞争力的提升,人力资本结构高级化在此阶段起到负向调节作用;在倒U型关系的右侧,数字经济处在高度发达阶段,此时数字经济的发展会抑制我国制造业国际竞争力的提升,人力资本结构高级化在此阶段也起到负向调节作用。此外,数字经济的发展在我国东、中、西部地区存在显著的不均衡,其对制造业国际竞争力的影响也呈现出明显的区域差异;人力资本结构高级化的调节作用同样因地区而异。The digital economy and the advanced human capital structure have become the key factors to promote the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry and enhance its international com-petitiveness.By using provincial panel data from 2011 to 2022 and through fixed effect models and modera-tion effect models,this study deeply investigates the impact of the digital economy and advanced human capital structure on the international competitiveness of the manufacturing industry.The research results show that there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between the digital economy and the international com-petitiveness of China's manufacturing industry.On the left side of the inverted U-shaped relationship,the digital economy is in its initial stage of development,at which point its development can promote the en-hancement of the international competitiveness of China's manufacturing industry,and the advanced human capital structure plays a negative moderating role at this stage.On the right side of the inverted U-shaped relationship,the digital economy is in a highly developed stage,at which point its development will inhibit the enhancement of the international competitiveness of China's manufacturing industry,and the advanced human capital structure also plays a negative moderating role at this stage.In addition,the development of the digital economy is significantly unbalanced across the eastern,central,and western regions of China,and its impact on the international competitiveness of the manufacturing industry also shows obvious regional differences;the moderating effect of the advanced human capital structure also varies by region.
