党建引领赋能合作社高质量发展的作用机理研究

摘　　要：村党支部领办合作社是推动乡村组织振兴并促进“三农”发展的重要载体,也是检验党建赋能新型农业经营主体成效的制度窗口。鉴于此,本文基于我国东部某农业大省79个县区616个农民专业合作社的问卷调查数据,研究了村党支部领办对合作社收入的影响及其作用机理。研究发现,村党支部领办能够显著提高合作社的总收入,有利于进一步壮大农村集体经济。融资配置优化、风险防范控制和预期改善强化是村党支部领办促进合作社增收的内在机制。异质性分析显示,在没有大学生“村官”、未使用数字技术和缺乏农业社会化服务的合作社,以及在农业发展水平较高、地形较为平坦和人口密度较低的地区,村党支部领办的增收效应更为显著。此外,研究还表明,村党支部领办有助于提高农民的收入水平。基于研究结论,本文提出了推进村党支部领办合作社高质量发展的针对性建议。Village party branches managing cooperatives are an important vehicle for promoting the revitaliza-tion of rural organizations and facilitating the development of the agriculture,rural areas,and farmers("San Nong").They also serve as institutional windows to evaluate the effectiveness of party building in empowering new agricultural entities.In view of this,based on the questionnaire data collected from 616 farmers'professional cooperatives across 79 counties and districts in a major agricultural province in the east of China,this paper investigates the impact of village party branch leadership on the income of coopera-tives and its mechanism of action.The research finds that village party branch leadership can significantly increase the total income of cooperatives,contributing to further promoting the growth of rural collective e-conomy.Optimization of financing allocation,risk prevention and control,and improvement of expectations are the intrinsic mechanisms by which village party branch leadership promotes the income increase of coop-eratives.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the income-generating effects of village party branch leadership are more pronounced in cooperatives that do not have university graduate"village officials",do not use dig-ital technology,and lack agricultural socialization services,as well as in areas with higher levels of agricul-tural development,flatter terrain,and lower population densities.In addition,the study also shows that vil-lage party branch leading helps to increase the income level of farmers.Based on the findings of the study,this paper puts forward targeted suggestions to promote the high-quality development of cooperatives man-aged by village party branches.
