摘　　要：莆田元宵集巡游、舞蹈、杂耍于一体,以民俗游艺的方式表达莆田人民对美好生活的理想追求,团结一致、不畏强暴抵御外族侵犯的民族抗倭精神,是中国历时最久、规模最大、最具民族特色的元宵节民俗之一。文章运用图像学理论对莆田元宵民俗文化进行图像叙事学阐述,从表达方式转译、民俗文化故事构建、传播手段创新3个维度构建其民俗文化视觉形象,助推莆田元宵民俗文化的精神内核传承,创新地域民俗文化视觉形象设计的路径,拓宽民俗文化遗产在新媒体环境下的价值体现。Putian Lantern Festival combines parades,dances,and acrobatics.It expresses the Putian people's ideal pursuit of a better life,unity,and the national anti-Japanese spirit of resisting foreign invasion in the form of folk entertainment.It is one of the longest,largest,and most national Lantern Festivals in China.This article uses iconography theory to explain Putian Lantern Festival folk culture in an image narrative way,and constructs its folk culture visual image from three dimensions:translation of expression methods,construction of folk culture stories,and innovation of communication methods.It promotes the inheritance of the spiritual core of Putian Lantern Festival folk culture,innovates the path of regional folk culture visual image design,and broadens the value of national folk cultural heritage in the new media environment.
