摘  要:白钨矿与方解石物化性质相近且具有相同吸附质点,其浮选分离难度大。通过单矿物和二元混合矿浮选试验研究亚麻籽胶对白钨矿和方解石可浮性的影响,采用红外光谱和X射线光电子能谱测试揭示亚麻籽胶选择性抑制机理。研究结果表明:亚麻籽胶对方解石具有选择性抑制作用,在油酸钠捕收剂体系下,当pH=9.0且亚麻籽胶质量浓度为20 mg/L时,白钨矿和方解石可浮性差异最大,二者回收率相差88%~90%;亚麻籽胶作为抑制剂选择性高、用量小。亚麻籽胶主要依靠羟基与方解石表面Ca2+吸附位点络合,通过预先占据吸附位点来阻碍油酸钠与方解石的相互作用,且亚麻籽胶在方解石表面的吸附强度比在白钨矿表面的吸附强度大,对方解石具有更强的抑制作用,从而扩大了白钨矿和方解石的可浮性差异。Scheelite and calcite have similar physical and chemical properties,and the same adsorption particle,which leads to the difficulty of flotation separation.The effect of flaxseed gum on the floatability of scheelite and calcite was studied by flotation experiments of single mineral and artificial mixed mineral.The selective depression mechanism of flaxseed gum was revealed by infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The results show that flaxseed gum has a selective depression effect on calcite.When pH=9.0 and the mass concentration of flaxseed gum is 20 mg/L,the floatability difference between scheelite and calcite is the largest in the sodium oleate collector system.Besides,the recovery difference between scheelite and calcite is as high as 88%−90%.Meanwhile,the flaxseed gum as a depressant has the advantage of high selectivity and small dosage.The flaxseed gum mainly relies on hydroxyl groups to complex with Ca2+adsorption sites on the surface of calcite,and preventing the interaction between sodium oleate and calcite by preoccupying the adsorption site.Moreover,the adsorption strength of flaxseed gum on the surface of calcite is stronger than that on scheelite,which has a stronger depression effect on calcite and expands the difference in floatability between scheelite and calcite.
