白云鄂博铌粗精矿相重构过程中钙贝塔石的生长行为

摘  要:针对白云鄂博铌粗精矿经高温熔融—冷却结晶相重构过程中富铌矿物(钙贝塔石)粒径较小且无法进一步分选的问题,研究钙贝塔石在不同温度下的生长行为并设计相重构工艺。采用高温冷淬法研究钙贝塔石在1140~1245℃随时间延长的等温生长行为。研究结果表明:当熔体在1245℃下保温3 h时,钙贝塔石未结晶,且赤铁矿及假板钛矿要优先于钙贝塔石结晶;在温度由1230℃降低至1140℃过程中,钙贝塔石的结晶分数逐渐增加,而钙贝塔石的最大等效直径逐渐降低;随着温度升高,钙贝塔石的初始成核所需培育时间逐渐增加;熔体温度保持在1200~1230℃有利于钙贝塔石的生长,将温度保持在1140~1170℃有利于钙贝塔石的成核。在熔体降温过程中,在1230℃恒温结晶可获得最大等效直径为98.01μm的钙贝塔石。Aiming at the problem of the small particle size of niobium-rich minerals(calciobetafite)during the phase reconstruction process of Bayan Obo niobium rougher concentrate and difficult sorting,the growth behaviors of calciobetafite at different temperatures were studied for designing the technological parameters.The isothermal growth behavior of calciobetafite at 1140℃to 1245℃with time extension was studied by using the high-temperature quenching method.The results show that the calciobetafite does not crystallize when the temperature is at 1245℃and the time 3 h.And hematite,pseudobrookite crystallize before the formation of calciobetafite.When the temperature decreases from 1230℃to 1140℃,the crystalline fraction of calciobetafite gradually increases,while the maximum equivalent diameter of calciobetafite decreases.Additionally,with the increase of temperature,the incubation time required for the initial nucleation of calciobetafite also increases.The temperature from 1200℃to 1230℃is beneficial to the growth of calciobetafite,and the temperature from 1140℃to 1170℃is conducive to the nucleation.Increasing the holding time at 1230℃during the cooling process is beneficial for achieving a high maximum equivalent diameter of calciobetafite(98.01μm).
