摘 要:对传统的齿轮热处理研究大多基于商业软件进行,其求解精度高,但耗时较长,为此,提出一种兼顾精度与效率的新的用于预测渗碳-啮合耦合效应对齿面热处理变形影响的半解析预测方法。将数值加载接触分析(NLTCA)与齿面渗碳相结合,确定机床加工参数与齿面热处理变形之间的半解析泛函关系;采用线性规划方法对瞬时椭圆接触中心的渗碳-啮合耦合效应进行求解,并通过Newton-Raphson迭代法预测考虑渗碳-啮合耦合效应的整个齿面的热处理变形。以航空航天领域中应用的非正交弧齿锥齿轮为例,验证耦合效应对热处理变形的影响。研究结果表明:所提出的半解析预测方法能够高效精确地求解齿面热处理变形,这可为具有高精度、高效率和高性能要求的弧齿锥齿轮制造提供参考。Gear heat treatment research is mostly based on commercial software.Its solution accuracy is high,but it takes a long time.A new semi-analytical prediction method was proposed to predict the influence of carburizing meshing coupling effect on tooth surface heat treatment deformation.By combining the NLTCA with the tooth surface carburizing,the semi-analytical functional relationship between machine settings and heat treatment deformation of tooth surface was determined.The carburizing meshing coupling of instantaneous elliptical contact center was solved by linear programming method.The heat treatment deformation of the whole tooth surface considering the coupling effect of carburizing-meshing was forecasted by Newton-Raphson iteration method.The influence of coupling effect on heat treatment deformation was validated by taking non-orthogonal spiral bevel gears as an example.The results show that the proposed method can efficiently and accurately slove the heat treatment deformation of tooth surface,which can provide an effective technical reference for spiral bevel gears manufacturing.
