基于振动能量的新型高速公路压路机集成压实监控指标研究

摘  要:针对现有高速公路压路机集成压实监控指标的不足,分析单个周期内振动轮与填料间能量转换规律,提出基于最大正向动能增量的压路机集成压实监控指标KECV,并与单位体积压实功E进行对比验证其有效性。结合能量守恒定律,以正向动能的变化特性来反映压实期间的能量交换,利用最大正向动能增量的形式对其进行表征,并以此作为压路机集成压实监控指标,判断填料的压实程度。分别建立KECV与路基粉土压实度K的相关关系及KECV与路面水泥稳定碎石相对密度D_(r)间的相关关系。研究结果表明:随着碾压遍数的增加,最大正向动能增量呈现逐渐增大的趋势,填料也由松散逐渐致密;KECV与K的相关系数比E与K的相关系数大,KECV与D_(r)的相关系数比E与D_(r)的相关系数大,表明所提出的KECV指标在路基路面压实质量控制中是可行的。In response to the shortcomings of the existing roller-integrated compaction monitoring indexes of highway,the energy conversion law between the vibration wheel and the filling materials within a single cycle was analyzed,and an integrated compaction monitoring index kinetic energy compaction value(KECV)based on the maximum positive kinetic energy increment was proposed,and compared with the existing index compaction power per unit volume E,its effectiveness was verified.Combining with the law of conservation of energy,the energy exchange during compaction was reflected by the variation characteristics of the positive kinetic energy,and the maximum positive kinetic energy increment was used as roller-integrated compaction monitoring index to determine the compaction status of the filling materials.The correlation between KECV and compactness K of subgrade silt,as well as between KECV and relative density D_(r)of pavement cement-stabilized macadam were respectively established.The results show that as the number of compaction passes increases,the maximum positive kinetic energy increment also gradually increases and the filling material changes from loose to dense.The correlation coefficients between KECV and compactness K of subgrade silt,as well as between KECV and relative density D_(r)of pavement cement-stabilized macadam are all greater than that of E,indicating that the proposed index KECV is feasible in controlling the compaction quality of subgrade and pavement.
