摘  要:为研究矸石胶结充填体-围岩组合体力学特性和能量演化规律,对不同接触面倾角的组合体试件进行单轴压缩试验,对破坏过程的力学特性、声发射特征和能量演化规律进行分析。研究结果表明:接触面倾角0°、15°和30°的组合体试件发生延性破坏,接触面倾角45°、60°、75°、90°的组合体试件发生脆性破坏。随着荷载的持续增大,组合体试件在峰值应力处都产生大量声发射信号;随接触面倾角的增大,拉伸破坏占比呈先增加后减小趋势,在接触面倾角为45°时达到最大。不同接触面倾角组合体试件在峰值应力前弹性应变能呈非线性增加,耗散能曲线斜率随着接触面倾角增加逐渐减小;峰后破坏阶段曲线演化规律与组合体试件的破坏类型有关。延性破坏时,弹性能耗比曲线整体先下降,后在峰值应力处转为呈上升趋势;脆性破坏时,弹性能耗比曲线整体呈下降趋势,在峰值应力处达到最小值。声发射特征和能量演化规律与组合体试件破坏过程相关性较好,可为组合体破坏预测提供有效前兆信息。In order to study the mechanical properties and energy evolution law of gangue cemented backfill-surrounding rock combination,uniaxial compression tests were carried out on the combination specimens with different contact angles,and the mechanical properties,acoustic emission characteristics and energy evolution law of the failure process were analyzed.The results show that ductile failure occurs in the assemblies with contact angles of 0°,15°and 30°,and brittle failure occurs in the assemblies with contact angles of 45°,60°,75°and 90°.With the continuous increase of load,a large number of acoustic emission signals are generated at the peak stress of the assembly specimen.With the increase of contact angle,the proportion of tensile failure first increases and then decreases,and reaches the maximum when the contact angle is 45°.The elastic strain energy of the assembly specimens with different contact angles increases nonlinearly before the peak stress,and the slope of dissipation energy curve decreases gradually with the increase of contact angle.The curve evolution law of post-peak failure stage is related to the failure type of the assembly specimen.When ductile failure occurs,the elastic energy consumption ratio of the whole curve first decreases,and then turns to an upward trend at the peak stress.When brittle failure occurs,the elastic energy consumption ratio curve shows a downward trend as a whole and reaches the minimum value at the peak stress.The characteristics of acoustic emission and the law of energy evolution have a good correlation with the failure process of the assembly,which can provide effective precursor information for the failure prediction of the assembly.
