摘 要:氟化丙烯酸酯聚合物因其对氧气的敏感性高,光降解率低及温度敏感性低等优点在压力敏感涂料(PSP)中的应用越来越广。为了改善聚对叔丁基苯乙烯用作PSP基体聚合物的性能,采用自由基聚合法制备了氟化甲基丙烯酸酯单体与对叔丁基苯乙烯共聚物,通过核磁氢谱(^(1)H-NMR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)等测试手段对聚合物的结构和性能进行了表征。将共聚物与氧探针混合并喷涂制备了压力敏感涂层,对其氧传感性、压力敏感性、温度敏感性以及光降解性能进行了研究,筛选出最适合用作PSP基体聚合物衬底。结果表明:甲基丙烯酸六氟异丙酯与对叔丁基苯乙烯的共聚物综合性能最为优异,压力敏感性高(S_(p)=0.7154%/kPa),温敏感性低(S_(T)=-0.4978%/℃),光降解性较低(I_(d)=9.92%/h)。Fluorinated acrylate polymers are widely used in pressure-sensitive coatings(PSP),attributing to their high sensitivity for oxygen,low photodegradation rate and low temperature sensitivity.Target to improve the performance of poly(p-tert-butylstyrene) as PSP matrix polymer,the copolymers deriving from fluorinated methacrylate monomers and p-tert-butylstyrene monomers were synthesized by free radical polymerization.^(1)H-NMR and GPC were employed to characterize the structures and properties of the copolymers.The pressure-sensitive coatings were prepared by blending the copolymer with an oxygen probe and spraying.Their oxygen sensing,pressure sensitivity,temperature sensitivity and photodegradation properties were investigated,and the optimum substrate for PSP was screened out.The results indicated that the copolymer deriving from hexafluoroisopropyl methacrylate and p-tert-butylstyrene exhibited the optimal comprehensive properties,with high pressure sensitivity(S_(p)=0.7154%/kPa),low temperature sensitivity(S_(T)=-0.4978%/℃) and low photodegradation(I_(d)=9.92%/h).
