摘 要:以多种植物纤维为原料,通过湿法抄纸及炭化处理,制成相应的植物纤维基炭纸。探讨了原材料种类、碳纤维中石墨结构的缺陷程度和有序度、碳纤维内部孔径的大小对植物纤维基碳纤维强度的影响,并通过炭化前添加阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)探讨了CPAM对碳纤维强度影响。结果表明:原材料种类是决定植物纤维基碳纤维内部结构的根本因素;炭化前添加CPAM能够改善碳纤维内部结构进而提升碳纤维的强度,并且制得炭纸的炭得率和抗张强度也得到提升。将制备的炭纸作为锌离子混合电容器(ZIHCs)自支撑正极,在1A/g的电流密度下,循环3000次后,容量保持率为80%,所制备炭纸的强度能够满足ZIHCs电极需要。A variety of plant fibers were used as raw materials to prepare the corresponding plant fiber-based carbon papers through wet papermaking technology and carbonization.The effects of the types of raw materials,the defect and order degree of graphite structure in carbon fiber,and the pore size diameter of carbon fiber on the strength of plant fiber-based carbon fiber were investigated.The influence of cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM) on the strength of carbon fiber was also studied by adding CPAM before carbonization.The results showed that the type of raw material was the fundamental factor that determined the internal structure of plant fiber-based carbon fiber.The addition of CPAM before carbonization could improve the internal structure of carbon fiber and thus enhance the strength of carbon fiber.In addition,the carbon yield and tensile strength of the carbon paper were also improved.The prepared carbon paper was used as the self-supporting cathode of zinc-ion hybrid capacitors(ZIHCs),and the capacity retention rate was 80% after 3000 cycles at the current density of 1A/g.The strength of the prepared carbon paper could meet the needs of ZIHCs electrodes.
