摘  要:以聚乙烯醇(PVA)和人发角蛋白为原料,通过流延成膜法制备了用于吸附孔雀绿的PVA/角蛋白复合膜,考察了吸附条件对复合膜吸附性能的影响,并对吸附动力学曲线和吸附等温线进行拟合。结果表明:PVA/角蛋白复合膜对孔雀绿的吸附率随着角蛋白含量、孔雀绿初始质量浓度、吸附时间、吸附温度呈递增的趋势,最大吸附率高达88.30%左右;复合膜循环使用5次后仍具有较高的吸附性能,可重复使用性能良好;吸附是一个熵增且自发吸热的过程;Freundlich等温吸附模型和准二级动力学模型拟合度更高,吸附属于多分子层的化学吸附。A PVA/keratin composite membrane was prepared for the adsorption of malachite green via the casting film method using polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) and human hair keratin as raw materials.The effects of adsorption conditions on the adsorption performance of the composite membrane were investigated,and the adsorption kinetics curves and adsorption isotherms were fitted.The results indicated that the adsorption rate of the PVA/keratin composite membrane for malachite green increased with the keratin content,initial mass concentration of malachite green,adsorption time,and adsorption temperature,reaching a maximum adsorption rate of approximately 88.30%.The composite film still had high adsorption performance and good repeatability after five cycles.Thermodynamic calculations showed that the adsorption was an entropy increase and spontaneous endothermic process.The adsorption behavior fitted the Freundlich isotherm model and the quasi-second-order kinetic model better,and it was a chemisorption of multilayer adsorption.
