摘  要:研究了氧化石墨烯(GO)分散的碳纤维(CF)在饱和氢氧化钙溶液中的分散性能及CF对水泥砂浆力学性能及电热性能的影响。吸光度实验表明,当GO∶CF=1∶12时,CF的分散性最佳。28d力学强度测试表明,当碳纤维掺杂质量为0.36%时,砂浆试件28d抗折、抗压强度相较对照组分别提升了7.1%和6.28%。电学性能测试表明,水泥基材料的渗滤阀值为0.48%,该掺量下试件的电热性能良好,在外加220V电压下通电20min时试件表面温度可达96.5℃,80min内可将4cm厚冰层完全融化,具有优异的融雪化冰潜力。因此,分散好的GO能够助分散CF,使CF在极低掺量下赋予水泥基材料优异的力学、电热等特性。The dispersion properties of graphene oxide(GO) dispersed carbon fibers(CF) in saturated calcium hydroxide solution and the effects of CF on the mechanical and electrothermal properties of cement mortar were investigated.Absorbance experiments showed that the dispersion of CF was optimal when GO∶CF=1∶12.28d mechanical strength tests indicated that the 28d flexural and compressive strengths of mortar specimens were improved by 7.1% and 6.28%,respectively,compared with the control group when the carbon fiber dosage was 0.36wt%.The electrical performance test revealed that the percolation threshold value of cementitious material was 0.48%,and the electrical and thermal performance of the specimen under this dosage was good,and the surface temperature of the specimen could reach 96.5℃ when energized for 20min under the external 220V voltage,and the 4cm thick ice layer could be completely melted in 80min,which had excellent potential for melting snow and ice.This study demonstrated that the well-dispersed GO could help to disperse CF,enabling CF to impart excellent mechanical and electrothermal properties to cementitious materials at very low dosage.
