摘　　要：人工智能赋能新时代党的青年工作,本质上就是突破工具性和外源性认识逻辑,将技术深度嵌入工作体系,全方位掌握青年群体的社会心态、思想观念、价值观点以及行为动态等趋向,弥合传统工作范式与青年群体涌现的异质性需求之间的差距,促进党的青年工作的精准分析和量化研究,推动各要素智能化、信息化、科学化以及精细化发展。人工智能技术的普及应用与深度融合引发了党的青年工作的内在关系和外部形态深刻变革,通过赋能理念更新、方法变革、载体拓展提升了工作实效。同时,也因技术异化之虞,衍生了技术崇拜、僭越隐私规范、主体性遮蔽、核心价值观消解等诸多现实问题和矛盾纠葛。这需要坚持隐私保护与伦理规约相连系、技术依托与价值理性相调适、意识形态引领与人文关怀相结合的内在要求,以党的青年工作之“道”科学驾驭人工智能之“术”。The essence of AI empowered youth work of the Communist Party of China in the new era lies in transcending the instrumental and exogenous epistemic framework, and seamlessly integrating technology into the youth work system. This approach aims to gain a holistic understanding of social mentality, ideologies, values, behavioral dynamics and other trends of youth groups.It helps bridge the gap between the traditional work paradigms and the diverse, evolving needs of youth groups, enhancing the Party’s ability to conduct precise and quantitative analyses of the youth work. This, in turn, fosters the intelligent, information-driven, scientific, and refined development of various elements. Currently, the extensive adoption and deep integration of artificial intelligence technology have triggered profound changes in both internal relationship and external form of the youth work of the Party. Innovations in empowerment concepts, changes in methods, and expansion of carriers have all contributed to enhancing the effectiveness of work. However, technological alienation also poses challenges, including technological worship, violation of privacy norms, subjectivity masking, and the dissolution of core values. To address these issues, it is crucial to adhere to the fundamental principles of aligning privacy protection with ethical norms, adjusting technological support with value rationality, and combining ideological guidance with humanistic care. By doing so, we can scientifically steer the “art” of artificial intelligence along the “path” of the youth work of the Party.
