摘　　要：全民阅读素养作为一种集体性的二次叙述能力,在数字阅读环境中呈现出复杂的变化趋势。数字平台的开放性和交互性使得意义散播的自由度增强,尽管数字阅读痕迹促进了二次叙述的繁荣,但在繁荣表象下也出现了解读趋同化的信息级联效应。如何在数字阅读的多媒介情境中提升二次叙述能力?出版作为解释社群的定调媒介,依然在其中扮演着关键角色。出版不仅在知识的持存和共享中提供了系统化的组织,通过审慎的筛选标准为二次叙述提供了框架与秩序,还促进了文化认同的构建,在推动公共讨论和文化延展方面发挥着不可替代的作用,成为数字阅读和在线知识服务的源头与归宿,尤其在智慧阅读时代,理性知识的再激活更离不开面向原著的阅读体验。The nationwide reading literacy,as a collective secondary narrative ability,is changing in digital reading environments.The openness and interactivity of digital platforms increase the freedom of meaning dissemination.While digital reading traces boost secondary narratives,they also cause interpretation homogenization.How to enhance this ability in digital multi-media contexts?Publishing as a tone-setting medium for interpretive communities is crucial.It systemizes knowledge persistence and sharing,offers frameworks for secondary narratives through selection standards,and builds cultural identity.Publishing is indispensable for public discussions and cultural extension,serving as the foundation and goal of digital reading and online knowledge services.In the smart-reading era,reactivating rational knowledge needs reading experiences based on original works.
